July 3rd. Henry and I packed up the van, loaded the kids in and picked up Auntie Katie and Grandpapa. We headed out to Michigan. We were spending the day with family at my Aunt and Uncle's summer home.
Zoey was prepped with a laptop on a TV dinner tray, so she could watch Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc. during our long road trip.
We arrived safely... albeit a little later then we'd planned. We relaxed.
We went swimming at the private beach.
We took a walk around the community there.
Zoey took pictures of me.
And I took pictures of Zoey
Liam, Kyle, Auntie Michelle and Uncle John were the first to leave.
We spent some time inside, enjoying cake...
And spent some time enjoying each other.
We left as the sun was setting.
And Zoey had the Heebe Jeebez in her sleep on the way home.
It was a long day. But it was a good day.
